Description

PROFLEX Membrane Diffuser is manufactured using high Grade EPDM rubber, Silicon and Viton. Rows of perpendicular “I” slits expand to produce fine bubbles then contracts immediately itself when air supply is stopped. This flexibility ensures tear-free operation. The diffuser gives all the advantages of a higher oxygen transfer efficiency and trouble free operation with ease of installation and low maintenance. Our years of experience allow us to provide the industry with valuable input on solutions for all types of wastewater aeration applications including unique tank geometries and difficult process applications PROFLEX diffusers also provides better agitation and horizontal water circulation without the need for additional components or accessories. Ideal for use in industrial and Municipal applications, and can be easily fitted to pipe-work of varying diameters. The Design of the slits prevent the ingress of water into the air distribution system in the event of blower failure. EPDM Membranes are widely used for STP applications whereas , the assembly can be fitted with a silicone membrane for use in more aggressive conditions.

The minute pores on the membrane behave as NRV to prevent water from entering the tube.TP636 E comes with ¾" SS adaptor for easy mounting of diffusers to the diffuser skid.
